Conditions for return

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
* The return of the goods is done by courier company Econt. Return period: 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Replacement or return of an item is only possible with the “REVIEW” option. Returns without the “Review” option are not accepted.
* If the item is factory defective it will be replaced for FREE by us.
* If the goods are not to your satisfaction, the shipping costs are to be paid by the customer – the original shipping fee and an additional return fee, with the “Review” option field filled in.

Replacement/refund procedure

With us, exchanges and refunds are quick, easy and hassle-free.

For replacement:
* You can contact us at the above contact email or call +359 89 8457327 to specify what we will replace your purchased goods.
* Send us the goods in full commercial condition – with unworn label, the garment must not be worn, washed, ironed, soiled, etc.
* Be sure to tell the Econt employee that the parcel is for exchange.
* You must pay the transport cost of the exchange in both directions – coming to us and returning to you.
* Wait 1 to 7 business days to receive the shipment back.

For a refund:

*The return of the parcel must be with the same courier as the goods were received. If your parcel was delivered by ”Econt”, you must return it by ”Econt”.

IMPORTANT: You do not need to send us a receipt as Veneta Fashion House Ltd uses the services of Econt for issuing a receipt.
The receipt from Econt and the receipt are one and the same – both are proof that you have paid for the parcel.
The receipt stays with you and you do not have to send it back to us upon return or exchange.
RETURNS DURING SALE AND DISCOUNT: Any item purchased from our store is returnable within 14 days of receipt.
Items purchased at regular prices cannot be exchanged for discounted items.
If you purchased an item at regular price but decide to exchange it for another size/color and it is already on sale, you will receive the exchanged product at the same value it was originally purchased at.
All items (discounted and regular price, no exceptions) are returnable within the 14 day statutory period.
